Dungeness around 4:45am, five minutes later than planned. I wanted to be there for civil twilight, the short period of time before the sun is above the horizon line and there are no shadows, little contrast and the colours are muted.
I will head back again soon - I’m pleased with this image, a very still morning, the sun had just broke the horizon, the boat and draped fishing net seem to be leaning towards the warmth of the early sun.
